Frequently asked

What happens after the 14-day trial?
At the end of your 14-day trial — i.e., the moment the trial period expires (start of day 15 in the timezone Paddle uses for billing) — your card is charged for the plan you selected at signup. To avoid the charge, cancel from your billing page before day 15 — it is one click. The billing page deep-links to Paddle’s hosted customer portal; we do not store or view your full card details.
Can I change plans?
Yes — Solo ↔ Team and monthly ↔ annual are both available from your billing page. Changes prorate automatically; the new plan takes effect within seconds.
What about refunds?
See our refund policy for the binding text. In short: monthly subscribers can cancel any time and keep service through the end of the paid month (no proration). Annual subscribers who cancel within the first 14 days are eligible for a refund per our refund policy. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for annual plans except where required by applicable law (including the EU/UK statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which runs in parallel for consumers).
What payment methods are accepted?
Paddle.com is our merchant of record and accepts major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay where available. Pricing on this page is in USD; Paddle localises currency at checkout and handles VAT / sales tax in 30+ jurisdictions at checkout. The software itself is provided by ФОП Даценко А.В. (A.V. Datsenko, sole proprietor registered in Ukraine), РНОКПП 3339403456.
Is there a free tier?
No permanent free tier. Every plan includes a 14-day trial with a card captured at signup; cancel any time in those 14 days from the billing page to avoid the charge.
How does pooled call quota work?
Every seat in your organisation draws from the same monthly call pool. A 5-person Team uses one 2,000-call/month bucket — not 5 separate ones. That matches how on-call rotations actually work: one or two people carry most of the load any given week.
What happens if I exceed the pool?
The org’s daily safety cap (100/day) acts as a brake against runaway spend. The monthly pool is the per-tier feature gate — if you’re consistently exceeding it, you’re probably ready to upgrade. Upgrade anytime from your billing page; changes prorate.
What stops a runaway alert from calling me 500 times?
Three automatic brakes, all included on every plan and not configurable away:
  • A 60-second cooldown per phone number — the same number cannot be called twice within 60 seconds.
  • A daily organisation cap of 100 calls per day — the hard ceiling regardless of plan, set well below any tier’s monthly pool.
  • A 2-minute suppression window per endpoint after a successful call — if a webhook endpoint just rang someone’s phone successfully, the same endpoint won’t trigger another call for 2 minutes, even from a different alert.
All three apply automatically. None of them can be disabled by the customer.
